Submissions dashboard - info and stats

Submissions view

The main section displays a table with all the submissions, with two different possible views: Overview and Detailed marks. You can also filter the submissions by marker, in both views.

Overview

Submissions dashboard

The table has the following columns:

  • Submission: A button with the submission name (most likely the student's ID, or similar). You click the button to go the marking page for this submission.

  • Overall mark: The current total mark from all the marking elements.

  • Marking progress: How many marking elements have been given a mark.

  • Feedback: How many marking elements have been given feedback.

  • Marked status: This is mainly informational and for overall progress tracking - you can set a submission as Marked, so you also know you don't need to re-view it after finishing marking. It is done manually at the marking page (not automatically set).

  • Marker: The name of the marker, if it has been set.

  • Submitted at: (not used currently)

  • Actions: (not used currently)

This view is useful for tracking the overall marking progress.

Detailed marks

Submissions dashboard

The table has the following columns:

  • Submission: A button with the submission name (most likely the student's ID, or similar). You click the button to go the marking page for this submission.

  • Overall mark: The current total mark from all the marking elements.

  • A column for each marking element: For each marking element, there is a column with the given mark. If this marking element has also feedback, the mark is bold and underlined, and you can view the feedback text by placing the mouse over the mark.

This view is useful for having an overview of all the marks.
