Grading forms

This is where you can view, edit, and create grading forms to be used when marking an assignment.

About

A grading form defines how to mark, and provide feedback for, the submissions of an assignment.

It consists of marking elements that have the following attributes:

  • Name: a descriptive name for the marking element
  • Group (optional): marking elements can be grouped together, and be displayed in sections in the marking panel
  • Max marks: the maximum marks that can be awarded for the marking element
  • Description / Marking guidelines: description for the marking element, and/or guidelines for awarding marks
  • Feedback: a pre-set feedback set (see Feedback for more) which can be used to easily provide feedback
